What is Neo Emotional Release?

Neo Emotional Release is a deep form of emotional bodywork.

The basic idea is that the body is not only muscles, fascia, organs and nervous system, but also carries lived experience. Feelings that could not be fully felt or expressed earlier can show up as tension, protection, numbness, heaviness or inner resistance.

In a safely held session, a space is created where your body is allowed to speak again. Through breath, voice, expression, mindful touch, body awareness, energy work and emotional guidance, what is ready to be seen and moved is allowed to show itself.

For me, Neo Emotional Release is not a concept that needs to be understood in the mind. It is an experiential space. A space in which you come closer to yourself, old protective patterns are allowed to soften and your original power becomes more noticeable again.

What distinguishes this work from classic coaching or therapy?

This work is not therapy and not classic coaching.

In coaching, there is often a lot of talking, reflecting and understanding. That can be valuable. In my work, however, it is less about solving something only mentally, and more about experiencing it directly in the body, in the feeling and in the energetic system.

I work with energy, body awareness, emotional expression and mindful guidance. Energetic blockages can loosen in a gentle and safe way, without you having to push yourself into a process.

I do not give you ready-made answers. I accompany you in sensing your own truth more clearly again.

Question 3

How do you guide me through the process?

In the session, I am a space holder and guide.

That means: I hold the frame, the safety and the presence. I accompany you through the process, but I do not determine your journey.

You walk the path. I take your hand when it is needed, hold you through intense moments and remind you that you are allowed to trust your own inner self.

Do I need to bring a specific topic?

Accepted Answer

No. An intention is helpful, but not necessary.

Often, someone comes into a session with a specific topic and something completely different reveals itself. That is completely okay. The body and the inner self often know more precisely than the mind what wants to be seen right now.

So you are also welcome to come with: “I do not know exactly what is going on, but I feel that something is stuck.”

What topics can I bring into a session?

You can come into a session with many different topics.

Often it is about inner heaviness, stagnation, emotional blockages, clarity around decisions, anger, grief, shame, self-worth, relationship topics, exhaustion, old protective patterns or the feeling of not clearly sensing your own life path.

Sometimes it is also about a deep longing: to be alive again, to feel again, to be connected again, to come back into your own power.

How confidential is what happens in a session?

Everything that happens in a 1:1 session stays in the space.

Confidentiality also applies in the group session. Everyone in the room is encouraged to treat what is experienced with mindfulness and confidentiality. What is shared stays in the group.

This protection is important so that real opening can become possible.

In which language do the sessions take place?

1:1 sessions are possible in German and English, both online and in person.

The group session in person currently takes place in German. Online group formats can also take place in English.

Question 8

Is there a minimum age?

Currently, my sessions can be booked from the age of 18.

Younger people can also be open and ready for deep emotional processes. For legal and safety-related reasons, however, I currently offer this space only for adults.

Which offer is right for me?

Accepted Answer

If you want an individual, deep and very personally held space, Reclaim Your Power is probably the better choice.

If you long for connection, shared energy and a powerful group space, The Reconnection can feel very right.

The 1:1 session is more personal and can respond more deeply to your own dynamics. The group session is less individual, but through the collective energy it can create a special opening.
